TERMS OF SERVICE
GENERAL
Thanks so much for considering a commission from me! By placing an order, you agree to the terms below. I’ll do my best to make this process clear and comfortable for both of us.All artworks will be made in the style shown in my portfolio unless otherwise discussed.
File sent in high resolution 3000+px in JPG and PNG.
Image size / ratio default is square. If you need it for mobile or desktop wallpaper please inform early.
DETAILS
Please send me message via Discord about your commission detail and give your visual reference(s) so we can discuss about detailed information about how you want your character look, like their expressions or gestures so it would be more accurate.
After the order has started, I will sketch it first and show it to you before going further to see if you like it or need to make adjustment as needed.
If everything is good to go then I will continue the progress until it finished.
PAYMENT
Full payment is required upfront.
All price are in USD.
Available payments for now is PayPal and Wise.
Add-ons (such as extra characters or commercial use) are calculated at checkout.

REVISIONS
Each commission comes with 2 minor and 1 major revisions during the sketch phase.
Additional or major changes after approval (especially when the artwork finished), an extra fee may apply.
To keep everything smooth, feel free to share references or clear notes when ordering!
DEADLINES & DELIVERY
Turnaround time is typically 1-2 weeks, depending on the complexity of the piece and my current queue.
If need it done by a certain date, let me know early!
ARTWORK USAGE
By default, all artwork is for personal use only unless a commercial license is purchased.
Personal use includes:
Display on social media (with credit)
Profile pictures, wallpaper, etc.
Commercial use includes:
Use for merchandises (e.g. prints, stickers, emotes for resale)
Use in content creation or branding related to monetization.
Credit is always appreciated and required when reposting.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
As the artist, I retain full copyright and ownership of all artwork created, even if a commercial license is purchased. Clients may not claim the work as their own, mint it as NFT, or use it in AI training.
REFUNDS
If I haven’t started yet, you can request a full refund. But once I’ve started sketching, I won’t be able to offer a full refund. If something comes up on my end and I can’t finish the piece, you’ll get a full refund.
